Chris Artibello

Mr. Artibello's background includes work at Westside Land Corporation in 8 real estate projects. Prior to directing his focus to the land development industry, he spent the majority of his career as a business development advisor and contractor for small business and start-up companies. Mr. Artibello received his B.Comm degree from the University of British Columbia in 1995.

Sylvain Blouin

Mr. Blouin possesses over 18 years of varied managerial and business process improvement experience. He has held positions as Director of Canadian Operations for Allied and North American Van Lines (ALNAV) Platinum Group, and Management Positions with Dell Canada Inc. During his tenure with these large Canadian and International organizations Mr. Blouin honed his technical, operational, and analytical skills. Mr. Blouin received his Administration and Management Accreditation from I.T.H.Q. in Montreal in 1992 prior to moving to Western Canada where he obtained his Power Engineering Certificate. Mr. Blouin is a dedicated real estate investor and has properties in Alberta, Honduras, and Costa Rica.

Aden Wells

Mr. Wells has more than 20 years combined experience in the financial and investment industry, including: Real Estate, Financial Planning, Banking, Risk Management and Investment Funds. His varied experience includes employment or consulting engagements with such companies as Walton International Group, Westside Land Corporation, Financial Planning Initiatives and Mutual Life. From 1996 – 2008 he was employed by Scotiabank and held the positions of Senior Manager, Sales & Service, District Sales Manager and Director of Domestic Channel Management. Mr. Wells received his BA from the University of Calgary in 1989 and has previously held a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
